Vitaloc™
Vitaloc™ is a powder mix of gelatin and crosslinking enzyme that acts as a hemostat for controlling medium-to-severe bleeding during oral surgical procedures.
Once applied on a bleeding site, the blood wets the powder, and the gelatin crosslinking is initiated. The gelatin is crosslinked into a stable matrix that physically stops the bleeding at the wounded site.
Vitaloc™ consists of biodegradable materials and with time it is naturally resorbed.

How to use Vitaloc™ in 4 Simple Steps:
- Identify the bleeding area
- Apply vitaloc™ powder to the bleeding area
- Place sterile gauze over the powder and apply pressure for 4 minutes
- Remove the gauze

Storage and Handling
- Store vitaloc at temperatures between 4-8°C
- Single use - any remaining / unused powder should be discarded according to local regulations
